Adam Lichstein, Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel

Adam has worked with innovative media and technology companies over the last 10 years in various leadership roles. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer of ShopText, a mobile commerce and promotions platform. Prior to that, Adam served as general counsel and head of corporate development for behavioral targeting firm MeMedia. Adam also served as a managing director of the East Coast region at leading digital agency Razorfish.

Adam holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
