Sharon Grundfast, Head of Human Resources

Sharon is head of Human Resources at Tremor Video concentrating on People Development.

Sharon joined Tremor Video with human resources experience in the professional services, finance, and consumer goods sectors. Previously, she held senior roles in Leadership & Organization Development at the Interpublic Group of Companies, working closely with teams at McCann Worldgroup, Lowe and Partners, and the Martin Agency. Sharon also led Talent Management at Avon Products for the North American region and held roles on Avon’s Global Organization Effectiveness team where she earned a Chairman’s Award for Driving Leadership in a Transformational Culture. Sharon has implemented and delivered talent initiatives worldwide. She began her career in financial services and helped to build executive education at Salomon Brothers and UBS.

Sharon holds a B.A. in Communication with a minor in Business from The State University of New York at Buffalo and an M.S. in Human Resource Management from The New School University. She is certified as an Executive Coach through the Zicklin School of Business of Baruch University.
